What you can expect: 

Start directly and flexible
The setup wizard provides ready to go templates for typical national and international scenarios. But that’s not all. These templates provide the basis for the flexible configuration level, which leaves plenty of leeway for individual settings. This is important if you want to include tables or fields of other add-ons or even entire industry solutions. What about programming? Not necessary. All you have to do is configure the relevant data on the interface. Everything else, including automated multi-level change monitoring and automatic exchange, is handled by the YAVEON ProE-SCM 365 Intercompany Framework.

Work with document chains
Document exchange combined with periodic or event-driven master data exchange enables comprehensive intercompany functionalities. This enables you to automate document chains across divisions and integrate with other group solutions for consolidated reporting.

Use master data management and authorization concepts
Preset authorization concepts for master data management ensure that changes are only made where intended. These changes are automatically provided to the relevant other tenants. This is also an important prerequisite for meeting the requirements of SOX, 8th EU Directive, and similar regulations. The solution supports your purchasing and sales process, and integrates with requirements planning, order proposal, warehouse receipt, picking and distribution. The advices and confirmations enable accurate status tracking in drop shipments and on-time invoicing.

Improve your sourcing thanks to warehouse information
When connecting internationally logistics locations and external warehouses, you can call up important information on item availability at any time - even in multiple languages.

Optimize sales planning
Use the information from distribution and sales companies to more accurately plan production and sales. The result is a reduction in costs and shortages.

Protect your data
Thanks to special field authorizations, you can distinguish central from local fields and protect them with targeted permissions. If you don’t want users in a subsidiary to be able to change fields that are maintained by Intercompany, you can use Intercompany permission control to prevent this. Clear, simple, and robust - errors are systematically avoided.

The solution is also optimally designed to work with all modules from YAVEON ProBatch and YAVEON ProE-SCM.
